Responsibilities:
- Outlier and trend research across YouTube, Instagram and financial media for breakout topics and viral formats
- Delivering weekly curated pitches with title concepts, reference benchmarks and packaging notes
- Drafting 1,500-2,500 word production-ready scripts for 8-15 min runtime using retention mechanics, tight hooks and open loops
- Formatting scripts in two-column AV style with visual/audio cues including B-roll, chart pop-ups and SFX for post-production team
- Seamlessly weaving natural CTAs into scripts to funnel viewers into paid investment course
- Delivering 3-5 validated video proposals per week and 2-3 fully formatted ready-to-record scripts per week with up to 2 revision rounds
Requirements:
- Proven track record of writing conversational high-retention YouTube scripts not blog posts or essays
- Strong foundational literacy in stock trading, real estate and personal finance
- Ability to dissect algorithmic outliers and reverse-engineer hooks
- Proficiency in two-column AV script formatting
