Role
• Manage and supervise staff, productivity and workflow.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage digital advertising and track campaign performance, conversions and ROI.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors and retail partners while expanding the vendor network.
• Monitor stock availability and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales, marketing and operational reports for management.
• Track KPIs, identify opportunities and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
